## What it does
- Answers every incoming call: 24/7, or only after hours, or as backup when staff don't pick up in 20 seconds.
- Picks up on the second ring; opens every call with an AI and call-recording notice.
- Answers questions from the business's knowledge; looks up live orders, bookings or CRM records.
- Transfers to staff with a summary after checking who is free; takes messages otherwise.
- Busy line: when all staff are busy, callers can press 1 to be called back.
- Free team call dashboard: browser phones, live view, call recording (caller and staff on separate tracks),
