About Forestry

Forestry Manufacturing makes custom GRP (fibreglass) planters and decorative pots to order, with no minimum order quantity. It supplies a trade network of interior designers, landscape architects, contractors, hotel groups, developers and facilities companies across the UAE and GCC, and exports to the UK, US and Australia.

The challenge

Made-to-order work means a lot of calls going out: confirming specifications and quantities, agreeing delivery slots for large pieces, and following up with trade customers on quotes and new accounts.

Those calls used to take the team away from production and site visits, and a missed confirmation could hold up a delivery.

How Forestry uses Rayloops

The AI makes the routine calls

Forestry loads a list, says what the call is about, and the AI rings each customer on Forestry's own line. Every call opens with a short notice that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.

Confirmations, delivery slots and follow-ups

The AI confirms order details, agrees a delivery time and notes any change, such as a new slot or site access instructions, so the team sees it straight away.

Calls only when it's appropriate

Calls go out only between the hours Forestry sets, with up to three tries per customer. Anyone who says they don't want to be called is never called again, and the calls are for service only, never marketing.

A person when it's needed

When a customer wants to talk to someone, the call is handed to the team with a short summary, or a call-back is booked.

Every call on record

Every outbound call is recorded and summarised, so the team can check exactly what was confirmed with each customer.
