Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data Blindspill Inc ("we") collects through Rayloops, why, and the choices you have. It follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
1. Two roles
- Our own visitors and clients. For people who visit our website, book a demo, talk to our own AI or hold a Rayloops account, we decide how the data is used.
- Our clients' callers. When someone calls or chats with a business that uses Rayloops, that business decides how their data is used, and we process it on the business's behalf and on its instructions. Questions about those calls are best sent to the business; we will help it answer them.
2. What we collect
- Demo requests and contact: name, business, phone, email, and anything you write to us.
- Accounts: names, emails, roles, sign-in and security records, and settings.
- Billing: billing contact, company and VAT details, and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we only see the card brand and last four digits.
- Calls and chats: phone numbers, call times, recordings, transcripts, AI summaries, and details callers give (for example an order number or booking time).
- Website and apps: technical data such as IP address, browser and device, and the cookies described in Cookie settings.
3. How we use it
- to run the service: answer and route calls, record and summarise them, show them in the dashboard;
- to reply to demo requests and support questions;
- to bill clients and keep the records the law requires;
- to secure the service, prevent misuse and fix problems;
- to improve call quality and the product, using the least data needed.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use carefully chosen service providers for hosting, telephony, speech recognition and voice, AI language processing, email and payments. They may only use the data to provide their service to us, under contract and with security safeguards. We also share data when the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold, under the same protections.
5. Where it is stored
Our servers are in the European Union. Some providers process data in other countries. When data leaves the UAE we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as contractual protections.
6. How long we keep it
Call recordings and transcripts are kept while the business's account is active, unless it deletes them sooner, and are deleted within 90 days after the account closes. Billing records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires. Demo requests are kept while they are useful for following up, and deleted when you ask.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and sign-in supports two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, ask us to limit or stop using it, and object to automated decisions that significantly affect you. Contact our team. If your data came from a call to one of our clients, we will pass your request to that business. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
9. Children
Rayloops is a business service and is not meant for children.
10. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date above; important changes will be emailed to clients. Contact: Blindspill Inc, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, our team.
